I met these three families at Ault Park for a cousins family session. Is anything better than cousins!? A close contender would maybe be a grandmas love... and her food. Which is fitting since these cousin pictures are a gift for their grandma. Also, my family please note, this is the gift I want always. Willing participants in family pictures <3
These four came together with their parents, 2 sisters and a brother, to cheese it up for a session for their grandmas birthday. Since we were already together, I figured we can do our own little mini minis to get a few pictures of each family too. (:
I was especially excited to capture the Dirr Family because Brigid is my hair magician and I have been listening to stories about her kids for years. Also heard about for at least a year... an empty wall that she didnt know what to do with.
Check out the gallery wall Brigid <3 Show me pics of the real one!
I cannot believe that these two boys have grown up before my lens from teeny tiny newborns to grown toddler twins running through the creek and jumping off of rocks. Cole and Tate are truly growing into their own personalities and it was fun to capture the different ways they explored their new stomping grounds. <3
Is there any stronger connection than three generations of women? If you look at these photos I think it is clear to say the answer is no. Ashley and Devyn have the sweetest relationship and are so easy to capture, so I was excited when Ashley said that her mom was coming along too. I love sneaking in grandparents <3
Cute bonus, they were in matching mama and me dresses and Ashley's mom came in her floral mustard dress. I am slowly getting on board with the mustard trend, especially for photos. It was perfect for our creek mini at Sharon Woods in Cincinnati, Ohio.
I met The O'Neil Family to play around in the creek at Sharon Woods. I have been photographing Kinsley and Addie for years, but this was the first time that aunt Katie came and I got to capture them. Because Aunts are the best, of course.
I LOVE that this girls session is pink pink pink!
I met the Ni family at a gorgeous Nature Center in Milford, Ohio to capture their family and and celebrate their sweet new pup. A reminder for everyone that pups are always welcome in family sessions, bonus when they are THIS cute. We spent the evening dancing and skipping and exploring and at the end of the night no one wanted to leave. <3
I met the Mallaley family at The Cincinnati Nature Center in Milford, Ohio for their session. Emily and I were friends in High School, so it was so fun capturing these high school sweethearts now parents to two TEN years later.
it was the first time that Penelope or Aiden had professional pictures taken and Emily decided she should probably get moving on that before she blinks and they are in high school pulling the same shenanigans the two of us got in to :P
I have been photographing the Dean family since Evelyns newborn session and now two years later I get to capture the joy of welcoming a baby boy into their family. Their second baby boy, because Fenway, duh. We met at Ault park in Cincinnati, Ohio and ran around with balloons. It was a super fun evening.
I met Ben, Erin and her sweet boy Jacob at Ault park in Cincinnati, Ohio for a combo Engagement and family session. I am photographing Ben and Erin's wedding next month and incluided in their package was an engagement session. Since we already met up at Northstar to talk details they knew me already, one of the reasons I recommend an engagement session, but it is always beneficial for me to shoot a couple before their day so on the wedding day we can fall right into sweet poses and they know the flow. Plus I reminded Erin that as moms we absolutely need to get in the frame with our kiddos. Plus Jacob is basically second shooting the wedding for me so I need to make sure we work well together :P
Erin! Make sure you send me some of those great behind the scenes! :P
I met up with Kate and her sweet family at Ault Park for their spring family mini session. Genevieve is two and was so excited to introduce me to her big brother Clark.
When my camera is charging you can find me playing with my little family or trying yummy new foods around the city.
I promise to tell horrible jokes and will probably be more awkward than you, but by the end of the day we will all be laughing. Which is how I get the real natural smiles that you see in my portfolio!
