I went to visit the Combe family to help them welcome baby Calvin and may have came home will doodle and baby boy fever. I mean, the nursery alone is enough to make me want to start converting our guest room into a woodland themed heaven. I had such a great time creating pictures for them to share with their family back home since it will be a little while still till the whole crew gets to see his cuteness. Here is your sneak of Mr. Calvin John guys. He is perfect!
Also, scroll back up. The picture with the antlers - that was on purpose :P
This session was the PERFECT summer night. We were a little worried because for hours before our session it was raining, but ten minutes before our session the rain stopped, the sun game out, and everything, including Kori, glowed.
Kori and Eric asked me to take photos for them to capture their engagement photos as well as celebrate their pregnancy. :D I really wanted to make sure they had photos that were both distinctly engagement photos and photos that were maternity photos - as a result it is a whole lotta love. <3
I love capturing my families as they grow, and getting to capture the Whitehouse family bring Liam home with an in home newborn session was awesome. The girls were excited to show me their rooms and it was great seeing everyone in their "natural habitat." Liam fit right in and was pretty loved on, which made for lots of kissy shots. Life with sisters.
Look how far they have came!
I met Megan, Curtis and Wyatt at Smale park on the Ohio River and had a great time exploring for their family session. I cannot believe it was a year ago that I was capturing his little newborn details. This little man with his bright blue eyes and blonde hair is so fun to shoot because his little face was so expressive. Megan you are going to die and these faces, I totally had to include them in the gallery.
During their newborn session they called him their little Dragon. So I found it pretty fitting that he looks pretty fitting to be a Targaryen. I may re-watch Game of Thrones while I edit.
keep scrolling to see baby Wyatt!
I always love seeing Tara and her girls because I have been photographing them since before Addy was even a thought. They have grown so much through the years and while editing their session I found myself scrolling through memory lane to all of their past sessions. Its been fun girls!
When my camera is charging you can find me playing with my little family or trying yummy new foods around the city. I promise to tell horrible jokes and will probably be more awkward than you, but by the end of the day we will all be laughing. Which is how I get the real natural smiles that you see in my portfolio!
