I loved second shooting Keith and Ellen's beautiful Catholic wedding at Xavier University. Their day was full of love and joy. Plus - Check out Ellen's dress. STUNNING.
Those first look moments <3
Keith + Ellen had a beautiful catholic ceremony at Bellarmine Chapel on the grounds of Xavier University.
What God joins together, let no one put asunder
CHEERS! Off to Krohns Conservatory to celebrate the reception
I cannot believe how gorgeous Logan + Justin's wedding was at Miami University in Oxford. I was a second shooter for Emily Rochelle Photography and got to spend the first half of my day with the guys. We explored brick street and they killed 20 minutes and got a pint, or two, Don't worry. The littlest had apple juice, but when in Oxford.
According to Miami folklore, couples who kiss at the Upham arch will get married. Since Jordan + Justin met at Miami and will be getting married here as well they will be “Miami Mergers.” Couldn't think of a better place for a first look.
The ceremony was held in the Sesquicentennial Chapel right on campus. Emily and I were swooning over its simple elegance and charm. All of the details came together and their "I dos" were beautiful.

When planning a wedding, you have different puzzle pieces and you do not get to see how they come together until your wedding day, unless of course you schedule a bridal portrait session. Scheduling a bridal portrait shoot with your photographer gives you the opportunity to see exactly how you’ll look and gives you the chance to get excited for your wedding day and the opportunity to tweak anything that doesn't match your initial vision months in advance.
A picture is worth a thousand words and the pictures and your marriage are the only things that last after the last guest goes home. Lets be real for a minute. You spent xxxx on your dress, you researched flowers and color schemes for months and went through 10000 pages on etsy to find the perfect accessories. On your wedding day I am going to capture your love story and the details for sure, but weddings are hectic, timelines are tight and dedicating an entire hour and a half to you and helping you feel bridal is a completely different vibe.
Okay so you're practical like me so you are thinking " yeh, but what do I DO with these stunning shots?" The obvious answer is to do it for you. You deserve to feel stunning and confident, plus when you are 60 you can look back and think "damn I slay." If that still is not practical enough for you. A bridal portrait shoot gives you tangible pictures to have and hold on the wedding day. Why not give a framed picture of you in your gown to your parents, grandparents or flower girl on the day of the wedding? Create an album to store with your dress to give your future bride on her special day?

Ryan and Alonna are absolute sweethearts. They have the best energy and you can tell by how many people wanted to be a part of their special day. The Grandmas were doing the YMCA, best man serenaded everyone with kiss the girl, and the conga line went all night! It was a pleasure capturing your wedding and lets be honest - I do it for the cake. ;)
Introducing the new Mr + Mrs Andow! Their ceremony and reception here in Cincinnati was at the Manor House and they were getting ready to head to China to have a ceremony with her family as well. It was such a beautiful Friday afternoon and getting to share their day with them was truly special!
Chelsea + Cory moved to Cincinnati from a small town because they loved the city. So when they FINALLY decided to get married they had to get their pictures done downtown, so we met at yatemans cove on the Ohio River. They were such a fun couple and in these pictures you can really see the love that I got to see during out hour 1.5 wedding portraits.
When my camera is charging you can find me playing with my little family or trying yummy new foods around the city. I promise to tell horrible jokes and will probably be more awkward than you, but by the end of the day we will all be laughing. Which is how I get the real natural smiles that you see in my portfolio!
